Pours for Paws | June 1

Pours for Paws will take place at the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore! Party it up for a cause with live music, a vendor market, and beer, spirits, and cocktail sampling from several local breweries and distilleries to raise funds for Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter. BARCS helps over 10,000 animals a year.

Morning Yoga (𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 – FREE)
Rise and shine with daily yoga by the pool. This class is limited to hotel guests only and starts at 7 am daily.

Discover endangered animals on an augmented reality safari experience (presented by bubly). You can download the free Wildlife Rescue app and enjoy this activity at any of the four Gaylord properties.

For hotel guests, Gaylord National Harbor also has an all-season pool plus an outdoor sundeck, splash pad, and pool bar.

Take to elevator to the resort’s 18th floor, this fun lounge is open to the public and has wonderful views of the harbor. It is open for all ages until 9 pm and then it is strictly ages 21+ after that.

Six Flags America | On-Going

Six Flags America is a fun day trip in the Washington D.C. area, especially during the summer! Hurricane Harbor is open with a giant wave pool, slides, kiddie areas, and carnival-style games.

Giant National Capital Barbecue Battle I June 22-23

The National Capital Barbecue Festival is typically held in June and is your chance to eat your way down historic Pennsylvania Avenue! Held on Pennsylvania Avenue between 3rd and 7th street, this event includes FREE samples from over 100 brands, music on four stages, BMX and skateboarding shows, games, and of course a ton of barbecue food!

Activities include Q&A with the Pitmasters, cooking demos, BBQ competitions, a hot dog eating contest, a health and wellness tent, art exhibits, giveaways, and of course tons of BBQ competitions. Head to the link above to find out more and grab your tickets!

ARTECHOUSE DC | Thru Sept 8

ARTECHOUSE is definitely something different to see if you’re visiting the D.C. area! ISEKAI: Blooming Parallel Worlds immerses you into a virtual world of cherry blossoms. It features a main immersive art space with changing, interactive scenery.

Broadway at the National Theatre | Thru September 8

Calling all Stevie Nicks fans! You won’t want to miss this show! Featuring the legendary music of Fleetwood Mac, this tribute band takes you through the musical group’s most popular arrangements.

MJ The Musical – August 13-September 8
Keeping on with the musical theme, MJ The Musical has won multiple Tony Awards. It tells the story of Michael Jackson’s 1992 Dangerous World Tour.
